I really wanted a guild, but just started this toon on a new server. The guild name I got was surprisingly not taken especially for the name of the server. Now being a new toon, I had no gold so I said "150g per signature", made the guild and logged out. Do you think there's any repercussion to this?

probably not, but still that really sucks, and i wouldn't be surprised of a gm got ticket about it.

I thought to myself that it's technically scamming, but I'm not taking anything from anyone which I never would. I wonder what a GM would do.

See this happen a lot and what usually happens is someone might squeal like a stuck pig in trade chat but it really doesn't effect anything.
