I've read a blue post saying that gold can't drop any lower than 0,25 / mil on the RMAH.
I've sold quite a bit of gold on the RMAH, but it doesn't seem to sell anymore.

Do you get your gold sold on the RMAH?

Yes ofcourse, you lose 15% of your gold by doing that, since you exchange your gold into the radiant star emeralds.

But, my question was: do you guys get your gold sold on the RMAH for 0.25e / mil?

please explain where this 15% comes from

Of course, ~30% less.

or this 30%.

You incur exactly the same % fees from blizzard, but since the market value of gold isn't actually .25/mil, this is reflected in the gem conversion.

I think at best of recent I've got around .20/mil when using gems to convert.

If you have the time, there are some items out there when converted actually give more than .25/mil. For example Vile ward's use to give .50+/mil.

But hey, let's pull numbers out of thin air - much more fun!

"If you have the time, there are some items out there when converted actually give more than .25/mil. For example Vile ward's use to give .50+/mil" - do u know what stats shall it have ? :)

As of right now, a Radiant Star Emerald costs ~30 mil on gold AH and 6 euros on RMAH (EU servers ofcourse).
If you sell 30 mil gold on RMAH, you'll earn: 30*0.25 ?*(0.85)^2 = 5.42 euros.
If you buy an Emerald, you'll earn: (6-1 ?)*0.85 = 4.25 euros.
That's ~4 cents per mil lost.

That being said. I don't have any problems selling gold on RMAH. I put stacks up on 50-100 mil each time. Anything above 100 mil don't seem to sell for some reason.

I used to look for 220+str with 60+ vit, didn't even have to wait for a cheap one to appear. But then they stopped selling on RMAH as fast, or other people caught on. If you take time to research, I'm sure there will be other items out that that work.

Lol you lose the same amount as if you just sold gold derp. You lose 15% off of face value and 15% off of RMAH transaction... well, plus $1 too.

If you sold 32mil gold for 0.25e/1mil, you would get 5.76e after all fees. If you use 32million gold to buy an radiant star gem (which sells for ~5.6-5.8e) you would loose additional 15%+15% of new value.

So your total loss would be between 25-30%.

Right and with Paypal transactions, gold is automatically 30% taken off the top in $$. When you sell items on the gold AH, you already take a 15% loss as well for getting the gold. Item flipping has been around since RMAH lol. The $1.00 transaction fee is the quivalent of 4 million gold. Just purchase items where the value of transaction fee is > the 15% you'd lose on the top.

My shit still wont sell. I've tried multiple small auctions of >100k but it just wont go out. DaFUQ

1 hour left, if it doesnt sell it will be sad. very sad.
