Sellable items for which IsSellable returns false

Heya,

I've noticed there's a few items that can be sold to vendors for which RB returns false when I query for IsSellable. Here's the ones I've found so far:

• Crystal Bell
• Dragoon Piece
• Nameday Cake
• Carbuncle Chair

Just wondering if that's something that can be fixed or not. Thanks!
