I'm new to both Wow and HB and I wanna ask if you guy can help me to find/make a plugin that can sell selected items such as some herb and mining stuff...

For the examples you give--ore and herbs--you don't need a plugin. Those are 'protected' items, and just need to be commented out (or removed) from your Protected Items.xml file.
