Sell or Transmute?

So i have a lot of ghost iron bars and i'm wondering if i should sell them as they are or transmute them. I can probably sell a stack of ghost iron bars for ca.80-90g. A stack of trillium bar's go for about 900-950g. A living steel bar goes for about 400g. Anyone got any tips? Is it worth the time and such?

I try to buy living steel cds, but I sell about half of my ghost iron ores as bars, rest to trillium bars and sell/buy living steel.

My realm:
Ghost Iron Ore = 35g
Ghost Iron Bar = 80-100g
Trillium Bar = 45g <- sell them in stacks of 1 and they'll sell faster than stacks of 20.
