Self made profile, bot does not target mobs.

So I just made my own profile using the HB profile creator. Now it goes through the hotspots but it doesn't pull any mobs, unless it is aggros by itself. I tried 2 sort of faction IDs, one from HB "Target Info" and one from a thread here. What's the problem? Did I do something wrong or is it something wrong with the bot?

P.S: I'm using default CC, 39 priest.
