Seeking help with leveling

Hey so I recently bought the bot and just ran it overnight doing fates at level 31 in costa del sol and with over 12 hours of running only gained 3 levels, do you guys have any suggestions on how to best use the bot to level? This is my first character on ff14 I played some before but had to create a new account.

have the bot quest through the main story quest and all the other quests
