I've been a member for a bit more than a month now, and sure the authentication problems have been a pain in the ass.
That said, I have earned _alot_ for the time DB actually did work, which is amazing considering I didn't lift a finger. (well I did, if you count putting items on AH).
Too many people complaining about DB at the moment. Show some appriciation. As it is now, for the money I spent on DBs and D3 accounts, I've gained almost 4 times of what I invested. I think that's a good deal for what little time i put into this, and I've only used it for a month.
So thanks DB crew for your product. I am very satisfied.
