Hi everybody, I have a question. I leveled my first Char up to Level 60. How can I then level a Secondclass? Do I have to begin with a new Char or can I play all classes with one?

You can get Lv60 on every class/job available. For DoM/DoW, you're going to want to use Fate Bot to level from Lv1-60 for every secondary, effectively.
