Second day and i still dont receive my key! :S

Well its the second day and i still dont receive my key and no ETA to the problem get solved, i brought a 3 sessions lifetime and the key never came to my email, spam folder, junk, and i already did my user on buddy auth with same email, already email support at least 3 times, and i receive some replys with no solutions at all... Can someone give me a solution for this or at least and ETA for when its gonna be solved? brought it at the 1st hour to have the honor to use it at 1st day, now i see everyone using, and im here still waiting.

as i told you on the pm,Bossland will review(if already not) your case since we have to check it with payment portal
this can take up to 48 hours since payment portal must check its records

So your saying, i already brought the key 36h ago, and now i have to wait another "up to" 48hours to maybe solve my problem? i will never do that again, buy something in the 1st minutes only advantage you got is more headache...
