Heya!
I got perma banned a couple of months ago but managed to get the account back.
So, today I was using GB2 (my own farming profile) when I got a DC. This box with some red 'code text' (I have no idea what it is) came up and I just tried to relog. But well account was closed.
I logged on to bnet where it said "account banned", nothing strange. BUT I got no email and I think that is really strange. Got many accounts banned and I always recieved an email.
I tried to google it but well I found no really explanation..
What so ever I created a ticket where I claiming my innocence for doing anything againt tos/eula.

4)What profile were you using?:
One of my own (private)
5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

Refreshment, The new iGlue
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
4-6 hours
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
85%
9)How many auctions per day did you have?:
200-250
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No
11)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Not since I got it back after last perma ban
12)EU or US realm?
Eu
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
