Yes, your Diablo III will look very pixelated and horrible, but we're going for performance, not quality:

Let's install the prerequisites required to run DemonBuddy:

1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1
2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime
3. Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Runtime
4. Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Runtime

Next, we'll download DemonBuddy from here
The current version, as of this thread, is 1.1 r2573 Build 424

Unzip to your desktop.

Head over to here to download the Adventurer plugin and extract it, as well, to your desktop. Move the Plugins and Profiles folder directly into your Demonbuddy folder.

You're Plugin folder should now contain Trinity, QuestTools, and Adventurer, and your Demonbuddy folder should look like below:

Click on Settings > Bot in DB and select your Game Difficulty.

Click Save and Close

Select both the Trinity and Adventurer plugins as below:

The KadalaSpree plugin can be found here, although not supported any longer, it still works with Trinity 2.x.

Set Minimum Trash Mob Size to 1.

To make our bot a bit "smarter," click on the Advanced tab, scroll down to where Enable TPS modification is located, check the box, and move the slider to the right.

On the Main tab of DB click Load and select a Profile (Bounties, GreaterRift, or NephalimRift) from the DB\Profiles\Adventurer folder.

Once in game, you can click on the Adventurer plugin and click Config to make your selections:

Click Save.

Click on the Main tab and click Start. You should be humming along. (Click to enlarge)

NOTE: You'll get better performance if your drivers are up-to-date, I suggest IObit Driver Booster... and it's free.

Thx for this tutorial but atm Trinity does not support specific build (Uliana for monks as an exemple) so that won't go far since without this build you can't go higher than t2/t3

You'll have to forgive me. I was unaware it did not work with Monks. My three different builds on the Crusader were working fine, I had assumed it was across the board.

I was running T7 Bounties, so I had felt that I had finally got the new plugins working.

Hopefully this can still help others.

I don't get how it's working for y'all, I've tried on 3 PCs now and if I use the new Trinity it just crashes DB as soon as it loads it. I've reinstalled several times and tried every combination of plugins to be sure that it was Trinity.

i used your settings but the bot wont move and i get "could not connect to the server!" until inactivity timer trips, the bot resets the game, goes to a map and stands still until timer trips again

i got the same prob :(

lolloberga and anakyl, make sure that your firewall is not preventing you from connecting to DB's server. I would also caution against programs like PeerBlock, which will keep you from connecting.

xxxmalicexxx, I haven't had any problems with the bounties. In fact, I've been able to convert 32 items with the rewards from the bounties. To make your bot a bit "smarter," move the TPS slider to the right, and, as above, make sure your Avoidance Movement is set to 1 ms.

ill try and lvl a crusader quick to 70 monks just not working ill mess with the monk later, any one know the fastest way to lvl to 70 and no i dont have friends that play unfortunately im a botter lol so no power leveling

Once you've started Diablo III and Demonbuddy once, you'll have a Settings folder with your username. Browse to the Settings/TargetSettings.xml file and edit the <TimesTargettedTrashTrigger> from 400 to 15.

NOTE: If you'd like to edit xml files like the above, the best freeware program I've found is Notepad++.

What does this setting actually do? If it makes so much of an improvement why is it not set to 15 by the devs? Really curious.

From everything I can muster, it seems it's the times that it targets certain trash and then moves on. There are a dozen settings that I wonder "Why didn't the devs set it this way?"

There are other settings, like the TPS (Ticks Per Second), which I believe should be set to 30, not 20 by default.

Another thing that bothered me was the default builds for the Crusader; so I added my own.

With Trinity 3, it seems they've made it a whole lot easier to edit the C# and other configurations.

tyvm it's working.

Where can I set what to gamble on in new trinity

In module/Armory Mystery Vendor/ there is no "Gambling Slots" such option

You have to make sure that the Show Expert Options box is checked in the lower-left hand corner. Click on Armory Mystery Vendor. You'll see the Gambling Slots on the right-hand area.
