Scryer Rep Griding (signets and tomes)

Hey guys I'm trying to find a profile to grind the signets in SMV I was wondering if this is something that is easy to set up myself or if any of you have an old profile lying around. I already know a place that has a very condensed area of mobs that drop the tomes and signets in SMV i just don't know how to make a grind profile. I have searched the forums but there is nothing close to recent that i can access.
