Go Tools => Item Filter Editor => Select "Default Stash Filter" => Change Category to "DoNotSell" => Select "Default Vendor Filter" => Change Category to "Sell"

Looks like they switched themselfes. Should work fine afterwards.

Please download a clean copy of the bot rather than changing this with the old data, as you might see further unpredictable results.

It's an inconvenience, but in moving the bot forward and fixing various things, sometimes these big changes are needed. There are a few more planned big ones, but we should have the changelog working by then so users will check the forum for more info.
