screen going blurry when I press start

why is my screen going blurry when I press start on my honorbuddy ?

its only the play screen the wow keys are fine and Avatar and map just the video quality is pixelated

If you can, take a screenshot and post it ( don't forget to remove any identifiable information ) I would be interested to see what this might be.

just worked it out HB was changing my screen settings
