Scheduling mailing?

Is there any way to mail farmed items every X amount of hours? Id like it to mail as soon as my herbing bags get full, since they fill up faster than mining bags, but I think that may be too difficult to program. Having the ability to mail every 6 hours or so would alleviate this issue.
