On June 18th, all game servers will be unavailable while we perform scheduled maintenance. Patch 2.8b will be implemented during this downtime. Details are as follows:

Date: Wednesday June 18th, 2014
Duration: 2 hours
Time: 3AM PDT (10AM GMT) - 5AM PDT (12PM GMT)

Thank you for your patience as we maintain service for Star Wars™: The Old Republic™.

New Users: After the patch drops, Buddy Wing will not function until updated. Please be patient. Users can can check Buddy Updates for a version number higher than 1095.497 to determine if the update is ready.

When available, patch notes will be found here: Patch 2.8b

Ever since I came back in the past 2 weeks - I cannot load a profile. I have updated my buddy wing to the newest version - in fact I even deleted all of the files and reinstalled everything from scratch. Please read my log file and explain to me what is wrong. I appreciate it. I realize I am using a Japanese OS, but it was never a problem before - a portion of the log file is thus, in Japanese.

Honestly, it's a bit of a mystery to me as well. Aevitas was informed about the update, but I've had no word since early this morning while the servers were down.

I've reached out to Tony to see if he can find out any more. I'll post again if I learn anything specific.

Ah okay. Thanks for letting us/me know. I was worried that it was more serious. I realize it says it is outdated, but the funny thing was that it updated, but that must have been a previous update. Anyway, we all appreciate the communication and your efforts to get it back up and running. I only use it as a rotation script (Pure).

Yes, all active Buddywing keys will receive a three day compensation for the downtime.

I just tried it again - 1 day later - and it still giving me the same error that its outdated. You stated that update would have been out already. Just letting you know that its still not working.
