Save Thread To favorites

Not sure if this is possible, but i find myself wanting to save threads but didn't see an option. I understand you can follow threads, but I dont want to get updates for everyone's comments every time someone comments on a thread, but I I would like to be able to save a thread in par-say a favorites list so I can go back and check on them at a later time without having to search for them. Not sure if this would be possible but would like to see it.
