DISCLAIMER #1:
  • You Can Refund the Product within 7 Days after purchase. According to the Buddy Store regulations - ALL REFUNDS ARE PERMANENT! So You cannot buy this Product in the future again.
Brief Features:
  • Utilize the Looking for Raid (LFR)'s system of granting a bonus [Shaterred Satchel of Cooperation] per Dungeon/LFR complete, once it is up for your character's role.
Goals:
Requirements:
  • Alliance or Horde level 110 character with either Healing or Damage specialization active. (Healer is recommended for farming Satchels at 2x to 4x times faster rate)

  • 825 ilvl to queue The Emerald Nightmare LFR.

  • 835 ilvl to queue The Nighthold LFR.

  • 860 ilvl to queue Tomb of Sargeras LFR.
Start point:
  • Anywhere, with vendor and repair NPC around - Dalaran is recommended, but anywhere should be fine.

  • Switch to ProfessionBuddy botbase, load & start "[ProfessionBuddy]Satchel Gold Farm.xml".
DISCLAIMER #2: FAQ, Do's and Don'ts:
  • ProfessionBuddy botbase will use Dungeonbuddy as Secondary Botbase to follow the goals!

  • Support for Tanking spec. will NOT be implemented!

  • While the product is nearly 100% AFK, full monitoring is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Known Issues:
  • None so far.
Planned:
  • Enabling Random Heroic Dungeon / Random Timewalking Event (if up) in the farming list, once they are AFK-able enough!

Initial Release:
  • Detection for available Satchel in All Draenor Raids, including HFC (If scripts are locally installed)
  • Simultaneous queue for up to 5 LFR wings with available Satchel for current spec. (In ascending order per difficulty)
  • Satchel for Healer spec. Detection!
  • Satchel for Dps spec. Detection!
  • Support for passing Bonus Roll Pop-Up (After 6 seconds)
Limitations:
  • Detect & Queue for current spec. only (If available, Healer spec. 650ilvl+ recommended for best results!)
  • Support for Tanking spec. not planned
Short Tutorial (by justfowowlol request):
  1. Open Honorbuddy
  2. Change Botbase to Professionbuddy.
  3. Load Profile - > From Buddy Store
  4. Navigate to "Satchel Gold Farm" product and open its sub-menu
  5. Choose the [ProfessionBuddy] Satchel Gold Farm.xml file
  6. Click Load
  7. After several seconds the profile would load and you can click Start on Honorbuddy.

Just on theory.

In practice, Blizzard do not have Satchel Bonus Up 24/7.

From my own testing:

It is barely up in the late morning.
In early afternoon it could occasionally appear.
From late afternoon it appear frequently.
In the evenings it is almost always up!
The last bonus goes down around 1-3am (In EU)
And its completely dried out after 2-3am.

Out of several evenings of testing, both on Eu/Us, it was reported to have farmed around 12-16 satchels per 6-7 hours evening sessions(7pm-2am)

My personal opinion of running any bot 24/7 is a bad idea


Before I purchase this I would like two things addressed.

The first one being that I would like the bot to Scan more often for "Satchel Raids". I don't currently know how it works as I cant see the profile itself for obvious reasons but I have noticed when my bot is sitting for a while it only seems to be queued for 1 LFR and when I go to look at LFR manually there may be one or two more that it could be queued for.

The second thing is that with the release of Legion in a few months will this profile be upgraded to the new LFR when applicable or will it be another cost and a new profile?

Overall my experience with the Profile has been positive and after a few restarts of HB it starts to work properly. I still get the message that the Hellfire custom scripts cant be found, even though it finds them and queues me for all LFR raids.

I haven't botted in a few years or even played WoW that often in that time frame but now with the "Buddy Store" I find it interesting and will probably produce some custom content on my own and put it up there as i get more familiar with how to use HB again.

Thanks for the constructive feedback, Blockbuster87, I really appreciate it!

I have noticed the issue with refreshing the satchel list myself too, the profile itself check for Satchel bonus every ~10sec or so, but it seems the WoW Client do not refresh those kind of information, while the LFR Frame is closed, so I would test the difference with opened frame and apply some changes.


Regarding Legion, I am bound to support certain product for 18 months or until new x-pack is launched, aka Legion.

But my personal standing is the following:

So for content-independent products like this Satchel Gold Farm, I would continue to support and update for Legion LFR Wings too, as long as these exists of course, and we have public/default scripts for them.

If the new content require extensive work for update, the price could be updated too, indeed.


P.S. Regarding the "Hellfire custom scripts cant be found" message, which is falsely thrown sometimes - it seems in some scenarios it is performed prior Dungeonbuddy get initialized into the HB Client, so it cannot found it, but once DB have already started in the current Honorbuddy session, it reports correctly.

So far working pretty good except for Bastion of Shadows but one thing I'm wondering why it does it is for example it looks for all the satchels, ques up for all the satchel eligible ones, and then after it finishes, instead of staying in que it will unque for everything and reque up for the lfrs that were already que'd for. Seems like it would be quicker turn around to stay in que. Any thoughts?

Have not seen this behavior in my testing so far,
but would take a look again, thanks for the feedback!

I just want to say I wish I could buy this, I can no longer buy anything from the store because I bought some things with my paypal and for some reason my bank declined them, USA resident, so I think they thought something fishy was going on, but anyways I trialed this and used it last night and in like 2-3 hours I made 10k gold or so(quite a bit of the bags gave me 1k gold each), night time is prime time for this because everyone is home from work and school and what not and queing for LFR's, my healer was constantly in a LFR as well as collecting items for the legendary quest chain ;)
 
Can you make it so the "Don't AFK" message can be toggled/disabled? I play other games and that messes me up, I watch my bopt on a different screen so i know whats going on but that message screws me up with other things i am trying to do.+

The "Dont AFK" message is coded within the Dungeonbuddy LFR scripts, so it can be disabled only from there. And so far, we are technically not allowed to edit LFR scripts via store products.

Not sure i haven't set something up properly or not, but so far ive started the bot and its Q'ed for a couple but ive also got a current satchel for an LFG. I tried to Q manually but the bot just enqueues as soon as i press it. Is there not a way to make it Q for both LFG and LFR?

Queue to LFD is scripted, but not enabled.

I am not 100% sure, if this is safe enough to leave it AFK/unattended, while running Heroic dungeons.
 
How do I get the trial from the store? All I see is the "buy 7.53" link.

Also, any word if this will be updated to support legion when it's released? Would make it a safer investment :)
 
Just going to say, Im 3 hours into my free trial....and I am FOR SURE buying this one....loving it...cha ching...
 
been using this its amazing. one issue though. it unqueues from dungeons if they satchel is no longer on them in the menu. if you queue for a lfr while the satchel s there yu will get it even if it is no longer there. you queued up when they had the bonus so the bot keeps leaving the queue and it could till get the satchel.
