So as the topic describes.. My bot goes to the west of the town, near the bridge, after having sold everything in the town, it tries to resume the run, but it doesnt take the portal back, like it normally would..

Yeah, but I had it set to "quiet" so I am waiting for it to do the same error again Usually MaiN just fixes these errors for me

You started the wrong part of the quest i belive. You took quest 2.1 instead of 2.2

Nop It happens AFTER I SELL meaning AFTER a sarkoth kill and vendor trip to town.. WHEN the bot is supposed to take the portal it simply does not.
As you can see on my Screenshot I am on "explore the hidden cellar"

what i have notice is that the checkpoint changes if you go near to the stash
