Salvaging trash legendarys

is there a way to make DB salvage trash legendarys instead of selling them , those that dont meet the keep requirements, of loot rules ?

i would also be happy with a simple way to "blacklist legendaries" in addition to the trinity scoring.

If someone got a solution (beside writing complete own loot-rules) please let me know
