Safest way to sell Ghost iron ore Large amounts

Hello all my question is what would be the safest minimum amount of ghost iron ore stacks to sell on the ah at one time without getting a flooding ban. Also is there other alternative ways to sell it that are safer ways you have been using for awhile that have worked Thanks

dont sell them on he AH, find a private buyer. going the route of private buyer and you wll end up making more. when I sold on the AH I posted hundreds at a time and never got banned
