hello whats the best setting to avoid ban, i'm current playing at jogging speed and only farms pokestops.
When the bot loots a pokestope why is it taking so much time? it should be quicker, losing a small amout of time on that in my opinion, when it saying "looting" best regards

It takes a little bit of time to collect stops and such to prevent bans. From my experience, it's really all about not teleporting insane distances in short times and don't bot too long. My speed has always been set to car and I always bot in a nearby city. Been working great me for me.

using moded pokemon go, it was some issue with that app after i boted. waited like an 1 hour then i could log back in.
