Safer places to use GB2 in ( obviously not uldum)

Hey guys pretty new to honor buddy have had it about a week. Have utilized it to level 3 characters from 80-85 and to get them full pvp gear by using bg buddy. Been doing some studying as far as whos getting banned for what and it seems like most bans come from people gathering ( and most of that seems to be in uldum). Is there a safer zone out of the cataclysm zones to use gb2 for a couple hours a day? Or is most of the gathering profiles a certain ban?

U can get reported in any zone, i got bans in deepholm/hyjal last week, so no safe zone :[
