Safe to use the Alpha with version 0.14.2.38593 ?

Can I still use the alpha? Is it as "safe" as using the beta?

NOTE: I understand there are always risks, but I just want to be sure its not suicide to use the alpha with newer and newer versions of the game.

EDIT: the reason I ask is that I know its OCR, which seems pretty safe as there is nothing to "detect" except for odd user input.. right?

Beta = improved version of alpha.
You cant use it, till we patch it to the new version. It will be check every patch if anything changed.
So if we patch it, you can use it.
