Safe to run HB on Mac w/Wine Emulator?

As the title suggests, is it safe to run HB on my Mac with wine emulator? I'm not so sure if it will mess around with HB code or expose it to warden.
 
you cant run HB in wine, it needs the full .net framework and that doesnt work under wine. on osx you need to use vmware
