Safe to Raf your bot account?

Hey, I did a search and couldnt find anythiing, so I decided to make a new thread!

Is it okay to RAF an account you're going to bot with with your main account?
Also, if you are looking to set up a bot account, are you supposed to create a whole new battle.net ID or can you keep it within the bnet account you already have?

I think its safe. I raf'ed 4 accounts and I didn't got banned yet. You can keep them on your old bnet account but I recommend a new one because If your account gets banned the hole bnet account will get banned too.
