Safe to bot ?

Hi,

I got caught in the 14/05/2015 banwave and thought about getting a battlechest and link it to a new B.net account to make gold.
Is HB still detected or will I get caught more easily since I have a record ?

The same risks still apply, if you bot the concept is eventually you will be caught and lose your account. Could be next Tuesday while you are eating dinner or it could be the day Blizzard launches a new MMO and wants you to play that.

I was just banned and all I did was level two toons from 90-100 and some Ashrans/BGs. I monitored my bot about 20% of the time and didn't do dumb things like play 20 hours in a row.

PvP is lots of interaction with other players. Huge increase in a chance for player reports. Concept is bot handled movement in PvP is not safe in any terms, bossland also considers PvP and arena what caused the biggest bulls eye of all. I would guess the pvp did you in.
