Safe to bot instances?

Haven't seen much on instance banning except Bot. Can I run Cata instances / other instances than BOT and be safe I'm just doing it for cloth and greens to dissenchant! Thanks

nothing is safe when botting.
you always risk you're account, keep that in mind.
the pit of saron and botanica should be watched atm but theres no way expect trying to say if they aren't watching other dungeons eigther.

Tbh probably the most UNSAFE ways to bot is to farm massive amounts of frostweave/embersilk or TBC-cloth from instances.

Most people probably dont even bother reporting their ban, i lost about 12 accounts now due to botting instances, first only botanica, then other instances. It seems to me that gathering with a non public profile for 20 hrs straight is way more safe then botting instances for an hour .
