"Safe" to bot for lvling 100 to 110 and WQ?

After my year and a half ban I'm pretty sacred to even open honorbuddy jajaja, what do you guys thinks? Could it be safe to bot with main or should I just get a new account and farm with that?

It is and will never be safe to bot. Doesn't matter what type of account. Doesn't matter where, when, how often or how (questing / dungeon / just CR ... ) you bot.

Blizzard cares nothing about the opinion of "us guys". If they caught you botting they will decide the punishment. not this community.

If your main account is valuable to you: do not bot with it.
