Safe Gatherbuddy MoP zones?

I got spotted once while gathering ore in Jade Forest - Perma ban, and failed to appeal too. Just wondering which zones are safe for gethering ore and herb in MoP (excluding the Jade Forest)?

None.

Botting is not safe and never has been. And botting in MoP zones is probably the worst idea.

As per your reply Anteac, so you're saying it's pointless to bot in MoP? Well, what's your suggestion to bring in gold? I'm curious is all.

I am not saying it is pointless, it is risky, especially in MoP zones at the moment.
My advice would be to farm in northerend or outland, because in patch 5.4 I expect people to level engineering because of the new mount ( Sky Golem) and the 30 day cooldown to make 1.
Cobalt Ore goes for 150-200g per stack on my server, Nobody will notice you in northerend...

Bot in lower zones that are not as populated as mop zones. Either you got reportet because someone saw you stuck in a three for hours or you have bottet too much or too long. Botting also works in jadeforest, but if you bot too much, too long, sell the stuff on the ah in ammounts that no "normal" player would farm you get banned.

I think most of the botters get banned because someone reports you and then the GM takes a closer look at your account and checks your statistics.


Botting never was and never will be safe but most of the bans are becaue the bot user just bots too much ;-)
