Russian wow account

Hi everyone. I've got russian wow account and I would like to know if I can use HB2. I heard somewhere that russian accounts are playable only on russian game clients, but i am not sure. So, will i be able to use HB2 on my ru wow client?

But yeah, you can't play on russian realms with EU client.

And now we have:
1. RU account play with RU client only.
2. RU client playable in RU zone only.

HB2 work correctly with RU client.
