Runs around doing nothing after a rift is completed in ACT1 Town

This happens from time to time, but if it does happen, gets stuck in this loop and runs around doing nothing in town.

apparently, if I click stop bot then click start bot, bot's first thing is go to Orek and turns in for completion of rift.
