Running HB on background???!!!

Hey guys,
i would like to run hb (grinding/bg'ing) WHILE i play some games on my pc.
But when i play for example "Test Drive Unlimited 2" in fullscreen, my bot isn't doing ANYTHING while im ingame( @Test drive)
When i switch to wow, hb starts continuing botting and vice versa...weird thing: when i play Fifa 12 on fullscreen, hb is still working in background, but not during Test Drive...
Any solutiuon guys?

Then you can't, Wow has to be up and you can't have a full screen program infront of wow

Hb will work in background if the other games are in windowed mode
