running HB from Mexico, on a computer handled by a System administrator

Hi people,
my issue is the following:
i'm on a trip, so i'm not running HB from my home's computer. I'm trying to figure out how to run it from the laptop i got with me. The location i am now is Mexico, from a common local connection, where i'm able to run WoW normally.
When i launch as administrator HB, and then i perform the login, it stacks up and get an error report request. The sending doesn't fullfil. May anyone have some hypothesis about what do i miss?

You are right sorry! here the log about the problem:

It looks like i don't have enough Administrator privileges, is there an alternative to ask the system administrator to give me those privileges? :/

it wont work if you cant run it as admin
