Running HB and WoW multiple times causes WoW erros

Hi.

I was trying to run HB and WoW multiple times, but im getting WoW errors very often. Also WoW and/or HB freezes. What can cause this problems?

I am starting WoW from the same directory 2 times. With HB im doing the same. My this cause the problem?

hey, you're probably overheating your PC...

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting is a freeware app that'll show you your PC's internal temperatures...

Anything above 80 degrees C is going to cause crashes.

Solution?

Turn the graphics down to minimum, and once ingame in wow, type /console maxfps 10

This will slow down the graphics rate of your wow instance to 10 frames per second... painful for the human eye, but plenty fine for HB to work.
 
I have a watercooled extreme system for 5000 Euros with a Hexacore... <40?C... Thats definitely not the problem....
 
IMG_14112012_222506.webp I'm at university right now. I will look for a log when i come back home. This morning I couldn't even start HB anymore (it crashed imediately, everytime i started it).. Because of that I configurated it from scratch. I hope I havent deleted the old directory (with logs). But I can tell you, that the WoW errors were memory access violations (like in the attachment).

i need a log to see what it was doing that might of cause the memory issue.

Now i remember. The error came when the auth server went down.
 
Don't know. Have to run 2 bots again. I will try it out later and then give feedback. But the log above is only for the screenshot i made. I had errors several times before the auth-server-down issue. The other times it was a read violation and on address 0x00...00
 
Now i know what causes the WoW error, but there is nothing in the HB logs. Mybe it's a known issue, I havent searched the board for it.

So: When i log on another character, the WoW session gets invalid and thats also the last thing in the log. When i now close HB -> WoW crashes with "WoW Error". I doubt that this is an issue/problem with HB, nor that you can do anything about it. But its good to know =)
 
it could be connection issues, there's a timeout of 3 minutes before the session will become invalid from a connection issue unless your trying to run more sessions then you have.
