Running alts through instances

I'm not really sure where to put this post so general it is! Earlier I was trying to run a low level alt through a few instances. I figured instancebuddy would work but it leaves party because there are less than 5 people in the group. I looked through options but didn't see a way to disable this. I tried partybot but it just stood there - it didn't follow. I ended up using combatbot and just clicking follow every time I wanted to move to the next group.

Is there a way to do what I want to do? Did I miss something?

It's not too bad without RAF although it is very grindy, with RAF its just amazing.
No travelling to another instance and hitting the 5 runs an hour cap, just straight forward xp all the time.
