Run HB on a different Windows user account?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to flawlessly run HB and WoW on a different Windows user account?
For example, I do work on "DiGriz" account and bot runs on "HB" account. And when I need - I can switch users and then switch back.

Would it work?
