Routines not working, (including singular)

Before I am told to post on Tuan DK routine page, I need to say outright that this is now happening with all CC's in use on the bot including Singular.

Everything loads up on the bot fine, but once I hit start for Tyreal, it buffs horn of winter and just white hits.
On my warlock, when I try to quest, it buffs and then stands there.

Both issues have been on different Bot Bases/Profiles: Warlock-Questing (singular), Dk- Tyreal/ TuanDK(public)
I've done a fresh install of HB, routines, profiles, everything. But it's still not casting any spells on any CC's. This is a strange problem and I tried searching the forums for anyone with similar issues but have found none.

Any help is appreciated!

Updated with log Tony, can also do log with warlock if needed as well. Thanks in advance!!

Any ideas yet? I posted the log wanted to make sure this is seen.

Beta builds are not supported.
Please recreate the problem with the latest stable release.

Current version throws quest errors.. but I'll add it shortly.
