Rouge - A horrible, really very quite nastily bad CC for Subtlety PVP/IB

[exemplar]

This was a quick and dirty almost 0 thought CC which does a less than horrible job.

Notes:
- Subtlety, made for level 80.
- hugely verbose, ugly and very log spammy.
- I'm not fixing any problems.
- Don't run it without poisons.
- Only use this for PVP/IB.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to make their own version(s) and post it, cuz I'm probably not going to touch this any further. Dirty dirty if trees.

OK, so I lied and fixed some stuff. It still makes my eyes bleed looking at the code.

Pros: Not many
Cons: Quite a few
