Rotations not Loading

I keep loading into SWTOR on my level 61 Mercenary it won't load a routine and crashes with this error if i try to load a profile this is the issue it gives me for all specs and classes and all default combat files

the game did do a update mine starts but says this version is not compatible and this is a fresh copy so i think the client needs updating

thought i read in the threat about the update that it was already updated. oh well time to wait i guess...
