RoomId and AreaTransition

I am trying to get AreaTranstion Names for RoomId's but i don't see how the 2 can be connected. If they aren't then how do you get the InteractWith() to work?

RoomId's are like 1-20 but AreaTransition.Id are 1xx-1xxx
