Rolling on Gear?

Was wondering how to make it roll on gear that is a upgrade?

Abit more in-detail would help alot, you mean how to make HB pick quest reward's which is better then your current gear or how to make IB roll on dungeon loot?

I think hes referring to the current bug that's in IB that doesn't allow it to roll on gear, or something that i read somewhere else.
