Rolling a DK need help

Just thought I would try to play a DK, which I never done before so I would need some tips from you who is already playing a DK. What is the best unholy or frost? I want to play as DPS going for PVP and not as a tank and what CC should I choose?

I think if you want 2 hander then you play unholy but if you want 1 handers then you have to go frost because handed frost isnt as good.
