Roll berry usage into Logic Rules tab

Currently the "rare Pokemon" checklist is trying to do too many jobs to be super useful. I think it works well for the "prioritize rare pokemon" option under the General tab and the "always use highest pokeball on rare pokemon" option under the Catching tab, but berry use needs more nuance.

I suggest removing the Berry Strategy options from the Catching tab and adding a Logic Rule option: "Use (Razz/Nanab/Pinap) berry IF (current list of possible conditions)"
