Rogues are terrible.

Haha I have had my fair problems with rogues
They are not very friendly.
 
This is true - I'm scrapping mine after I get him finish farming junkboxes. All that work to get him to 62'ish. Waste of time. (Although Stabby Stabby and Mutt Mutt do a great job of making it better!)
 
I've got a rewrite of Stabby Stabby in progress right now. Fingers crossed it will be out by the end of this week. Don't give up on your rogue just yet :)
 
Yeah, rogues are really hard. Some of the CCs are made to max survivability, and in turn it slaps you in the face and you end up dieing from not using abilities :P

I got a rogue at 74 and I have kinda given up. Rogues are amazing end game but it's so annoying.
 
ive never got a rogue past 14 with hand play, Mine is late 40s will see how it goes, im seriously thinking of playing it by hand in some dungeons just for better gear ,although its weapons are nt bad,and well i would say overall gear is quite good , just that the slowness and of it esp at these later levels is getting on my nerves.
 
Absolutely agree my rouge is 68 I gave up and started a druid from 1 its atleast 3 times as quick leveling.
 
I honestly don't understand why everyone has such a problem with Rogues. Before I got HB, I RAF'd mine with a Priest to 52, then quit for a while. Been mixing botting and hand leveling ever since and I don't have a single problem with him. In fact, for the time I've been using HB, I've had over a 10:1 K/D ratio steady and rising. I've had nights where I came back to 1500 loots and 1 death. I've also had HORRIBLE nights/days where I left him and came back to him running against a wall in spirit form with 2 kills/1 death. Those times are where I don't have the time to sit and make changes before I leave the house.

I'm sick with the flu right now, I just left him with the Kolramas profile (hes 75) and Stabby Stabby while I slept for a bit. He had 300 kills, 2 deaths.

Possibly because I played one to 60 wayy back in Vanilla. Dunno. If anyone needs some help with something they think they might be doing wrong let me know and I'll see what I can do. PM's always welcome :)
 
its not the class... i have had good times with my rogue yes you need to do some changes... THEY WEAR LEATHER... so turn back a default profile down 2 levels from where you would normally be (As Plate would be) and helps out a lot and glyphs glyphs... and go combat for leveling too
 
I'm pretty sure the topic was leveling rogues using HB which is tough, especially compared to paladins and classes with pets.

Matter of fact - by far the hardest class I've botted, I have to invest a lot of time and gold to get the character to a useful level.

So yeah, if you want to babysit, buy pots, change profiles - it would be easier, but out of the box I can't think of a harder class to bot right now.
 
Either im the shit or all of you are doing something horribly wrong. Both with priest and rogue.

In other words.. it worked fine for me, and still is rly.

My rogue has its good days and bad days - it must depend on what part of the profile i am on and what level etc- its setup runing with a ok gear, with stabby stabby.

But compared to pala and warlock, rogue for me has been very painful.
 
Just like Amg said, a Rogue isn't PnP (plug n play) friendly, as I call it. You need to take time to learn the class, the builds, and the gear. Then watch it and tweak it if somethings wrong. After that you should be awesome.

my rogue today is going better than i expected , i was expecting it to die way more than it is because the part of the profile its on it will pull 2 3 mobs, maybe its because of the new talents i gave it , and a few gear upgrades, also decided to level the first aid .

Im very stubborn i dont give up my rogue will make it!

Unless i get hit with ban stick ofc.

Awesome Peak, hope everything works out perfect!! I'm loving my Rogue and actually just reactivated my other account so I'll have two chars now. Feel like a real and true farmer/botter through and through ;)

just started my second account the other night , reckon if i cut back on my video downloads i could run 3 on this pc.
