Rogue or Feral for PvP?

I wonder which class is stronger when using a combat routine for PvP? I am playing mostly open world PvP and Ashran.

I am actually using Vitalic with my rogue right now. Yes, feels pretty strong.
I wonder what the best feral CC for PvP is. Maybe I am starting a feral too.
