Rogue - Fanfare of Vigor

Hey,

So I started botting a rogue and he has reached level 15. What I've noticed is that when he picks up an Endurance scroll and uses it and it's better than my Fanfare of Vigor he just stands there spamming Fanfare all the time.

Not sure if this is known or not. Is there any solution to this?

Cheers man, guess I could have used the search function a bit better.

While we're at it, at the rogue setup guide it says it's supposed to focus on Cadence as builder, however sometimes mine likes to switch it up and starts using the Ranger spells.
