Rogue burst of speed while in combat

Hello,

getting back into HB after a couple years off. Trying to keep 100% uptime on burst of speed including while in vombat. any suggestions? thus far I've tried the dowhen hook and simply using a lua castspellbyId periodically throughout a profile and no luck. Also looked in singular rogue scripts, both common and spec-specific. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
