Risky to create new account onto previously banned master account?

It would be most convenient to use the same email address. I've had a WoW and D3 license banned on it though. Am I asking for trouble using that same account to load a new copy of WoW on it?

i dont think you should do it....your account is already flagged as a botter....why would you buy another license for the same banned account...thoughtz???
